The Ground conductivity out there is poretty darn good and not very much man
made interference exsists. Ok, there's soime there, but not quite as much as
other, bigger cities out east.
Secondly, the owner is and has been an engineer and former big cheese at the
FCC, so Im sure he's very aware of what his coverage is... and I've often
found in area of good ground conductivity like KVKK Land... radio-locator
maps are far from accurate.. you of all people should know that.
