[IRCA] NE Oregon TPs Thursday
Almost no MW hets at the start, but later some DU reception. 891 rose
briefly to decent, medium, level with DU man and woman talk at 1235 utc.
1116 also briefly to weak level 1237 utc.
LWBC Far East Russians poor with only 180 with poor audio.
