[IRCA] TP's for Apr 19
Started listening at 1235UT this morning and was greeted with 1287 making a pretty fair appearance with Japanese talk, but things tended downhill from there. However, towards 1300UT, there was more low band Aussie activity than the last few days. Again, mostly low level carriers as time wore on, with sudden bursts of strength on mostly the regular Asiatics. Without using the SDR-14 for spotting, I probably would have heard fewer of those listed below
Asiatic unless otherwise noted:
pretty darn good audio (at least briefly): 774 (NHK2), 1287 JOHR, HLAZ-1566
reasonable audios (though often battling w/splash): 594 (NHK1), 612 (4QR), 747 (NHK-2), 828(NHK-2), 972 (likely HLCA)
not so reasonable audio, occasional words in splash or noise: 693 (NHK2), 954 , 1134 (the last two seemed to be Japanese) (nearer 1300UT, 1116 made a brief appearance w/DU sounding talk)
Burbles in the splatter and noise: 1242, likely Japanese per direction; then a number of DU's appeared near 1300UT: 702 and 738 (both //612), 648 looped DU, but no parallels, 756 w/EE inflected talk, possibly New Zealand
Strongish het, no audio (either undermodulated or ravaged by splatter): 1053 strong, 1098 DU
