Class C (Graveyarders) AM's are NOT allowed to be directional at night, the
applicaiton will get dismissed.
Just like KYPA 1230's application to go directional will get dismissed.
I know of a few Class C AM's (Graveyarders) which are directional by day and
go non directional at night.
