Yup - as more and more Canadian AMs go dark, the information in the FCC's CDBS database bears less and less relation to reality. (This is equally true of sources like radio-locator that draw all their data directly from the FCC.)

My favorite sources for good Canadian AM information are Barry McLarnon's excellent AMBC (http://topazdesigns.com/ambc/) and the NRC AM Log. 100000watts.com is useful only for stations close to the border and in big cities; it doesn't even try to be comprehensive for all of Canada.
