Re: [IRCA] Idaho Report complaints

I need to reply to myself here to clarify something, then I'll shut up.  I
heard back from someone in NRC which allowed me to look deeper at the
reference I made to that club.  My experience with them in the past was that
they were far too formal and rigid for my tastes, and I have heard that
echoed my others here in the past as well.  My comment is not directed
towards the NRC and I think I need to make that clear here.  My complaint is
with formality, and my definite lack of appreciation for it.

I am not making this statement to taunt, argue or complain.  I am clarifying
and partially retracting because I promised that I would be more clear in my
comment since I shot from the hip the first time.
