[IRCA] Idaho Report

Effective April 1st all DXERS  wishing to report Idaho stations to DX  lists 
and publications must be pre-certified by the IDAHO DX COUNCIL.
 
Failure to comply may result in loss of Idaho potato purchasing rights  and  
loss of obtainment of Idaho QSLs.
 
For more information on how to be certified please contact your local IDDXC  
representative.
