[IRCA] TP's For 3-27

Hello All,
 
     Maybe the reason why nobody has reported the  morning TP's is because 
there were almost none to report, hi.  The carriers  were weak and the audio was 
miserable even on the 594 and 747 powerhouses here--  much worse than 
yesterday.  Hope this was just an aberration in the recent  favorable conditions.
