[IRCA] TP's for Mar 21
As Dennis observed, things were better on the top end of the band (much better there than here, judging by some of his loggings), and better later. Most of the audios were still at the "barely there" level, but there were some unusual ones. Listened from 1340 to 1410UT, and missed the peak on 1566 at 1420UT...
Asian unless otherwise noted:
pretty darn good audio (at least briefly): none
reasonable audios (though often battling w/splash): 594, 828, 1575
not so reasonable audio, occasional words in splash or noise: 675 DU, 1386 NHK2
Burbles in the splatter: 612 DU, 639 DU, 693, 774, 1026 (maybe Philippines? talk didn't sound really oriental, but too weak to get much more than an inflection), 1368 (? not NHK1), 1377 (CC?), 1413, 1422, 1503 (NHK1), 1566, 1584 (probably NHK1, but too confused a mess to be sure of the parallel)
Strongish het, no audio (either undermodulated or ravaged by splatter): none
best wishes,
Nick
