If it was in the evening my local XEKT would be a good possibility.  Licensed for 5kw if I recall correctly and most so-called Tecate stations are cheaters IMHO...  Of course there are US stations in Spanish that are in networks which also have XE affiliates so maybe you can't necessarily rule out domestics...   73. Tim Hall. Chula Vista CA

What would  be your guess of the call letters of a Mexican 
station that I heard on 1390 a few nights ago.
Heard the XE, recorded about 1/2 hour of the programig, 
will search of the ID.  Thanks.
