[IRCA] Cuban National Anthem on 1340

While reviewing my overnight recordings this morning, I noted the  
Cuban national anthem at the top of the hour at midnight Eastern  
Standard Time on 1340 kHz which, here in the US anyway, is a  
"graveyard" channel. I've never heard a Cuban there before (nor on any  
graveyard), nor can I recall hearing the national anthem played on  
other Cuban medium wave stations (I could be wrong on that fact, of  
course, but I just never recall hearing it).

Does anyone know who this might be? My 2005 WRTH lists 2 Cubans on  
1340, one of which (Radio Ciudad el Mar, if I recall) is listed with  
10 kW which should be audible at my QTH (northeastern US) if  
conditions are right,
