Radio Locator puts WNRG Grundy, VA on 940Khz only 60 miles away from where
you were with 5KW, thats much more likely then the 250W from 120 miles away.

WCND 940 Shelbyville is oldies, currently owned by Forever Broadcasting but
it's been sold to Birach Broadcasting. Expect a format flip to spanish or
gospel soon.

960 WPRT isn't oldies. Check their site out here:
http://www.myoldiesradio.com/about.htm shows Oldies Raido on 1240, 1400 and
1460 but not 960. The only 950 running talk is WVTS and WQBE is on 97.5 not
AM.
