Transatlantics were pretty decent again last night .
Caught these on the SRF-39FP
Feb 22/08 - 23:43 UTC - 531 khz Faroe Islands , Utvarp Foroya, Akraberg w/ country type song by woman , mostly continual songs for long periods , commentary and language distinctly different , definitely not Spanish or French ; broadcast similiarities mentioned in past logs of others ; good
Feb 23/08 - 1:30 UTC - 760 khz WJR - Detroit, Michigan w/ talk show on election candidates; Maytag sale promo ; WJR ID; promo for Building Wealth show ; good ( don't seem to hear this one as often lately )
Also heard a couple of different stations on 1017 khz and 1008 khz but couldn't ID them, they weren't the usual German on 1017 or Spanish from the Canaries on the other.
