[IRCA] West Coast TA alert
Am getting occasional poor to weak audio fadeups on 189 Iceland, 198 UK,
1134 Croatia and 1215 UK, with other MW hets on 783, 909, 972, 1053, 1125,
1566 in the 0315-0330 utc period.
