Thanks for the background on Spokane's 590/1280. For the record, I  
have never heard the 1280 facility regardless of what calls it has used.

I did look at Radio Locator and it looks like the KPTQ night signal  
doesn't even cover half of Spokane. Is the tower located in a  
particularly influential area? How bad is it from your perspective?
