Drift net DX update from northern Delaware:

Continued review of my late December ’07 SDR-IQ RF spectrum captures
yielded two new ones on 950 khz.

21-Dec-07 // 1700 local // 950 khz. // WXGI // 3.9 kw day // Richmond, VA
// Male with ID: "WXGI, Richmond. The new ESPN Radio 950." // New. Strong
signal until they abruptly dropped power less than a minute after I caught
the ID. A 183 mile catch.
