[IRCA] UltraLight name proposal

To avoid confusion with the aeronautical hobby, Ultra-Lights,
I suggest we refer to this exciting subtext of the AM DXing hobby
as Ultra-light-radio, UltraLightRadio listening, ULRing, etc.

The expression "Ultra-light" is way too close to the aircraft reference.

Just a thought.
