Although the FCC might end up taking the heat for the DTV transition,
ultimately it's Congress' lust for the auction revenue driving the
timetable.

While that may be true, I also doubt the FCC will be able to get away
with some of the things they have in the past as Congress - members of
both parties - is about fed up with Kevin Martin.There will also be
fallout from the handling of the TV conversion by the FCC, and that
will factor in.
