[IRCA] KWEI STUNTING?

Last night between 10:40-11PM PST KWEI-1260 was wiping out CFRN but  
with continuous electronic music rather than anything in Spanish. ID  
at 11p was in SS, after which time the electronic music continued.  
Strange...
