Drift net DX update from northern Delaware:

Continued review of my mid-to-late December ’07 SDR-IQ RF spectrum captures
yielded two more new ones. I have a few more captures still to review which
will hopefully yield a few more.

21-Dec-07 // 1700 local // 840 khz. // WKTR // 8.2 kw day // Earlysville,
VA // Male with quick ID "AM 840, WKTR, [unintelligible]-ville." Presumably
the 'ville' was Earlysville. // New under presumed WHAS and a Spanish
station. A 179 mile catch.

21-Dec-07 // 1700 local // 880 khz. // WPIP // 0.85 kw day //
Winston-Salem, NC // End of 'The Preaching Of The Cross' religious program
then male with ID "...WPIP, Winston-Salem, North Carolina..." // New. Flea
powered signal was surprisingly dominant over WCBS. Ah, the wonderful
vagaries of propagation. A 353 mile catch.
