Re: [IRCA] Wince-worthy IBOC praise article

Here's an experiment to test validity of 90s' insipid dismissal of facts as
mere 'different opinion' -

Disclaimer: Consult competent counsel prior to experimenting.

1. Acquire transmitter.

2.Light up transmitter.. Patch loud pink noise into audio & push the thing
to the max.

3. When FCC arrives, tell them interference laws are merely a matter of
'opinion'.

4. When they confiscate transmitter, state your opinion that they are
'unfair'.

5. When they fine you, tell them money looks best in your pocket, not theirs,
in your view.

It's not merely the jamming, it'sTeamBLOC's overblown interference denials
and recititation of conflicting, shifting stories when unable to deny unlawful
interference, coupled with no discernable listener benefits, that have turned
everyone off.

Coverup finished Richard Nixon. Seem's it's slowly doing the same for
TeamBLOC.

next, comes the interminable years of lingering noise emissions from spiteful
iBLOC boosters, followed by cheerleaders' inevitable blame shifting.

Old story.
