[IRCA] TP's for 12/8

Listened from 1345-1440 UT and it was one of the best so far this year.   The only thing that I can say is it was great and a lot of fun.  I had carriers from the bottom of the band to the top.  Audio was heard on 594, 693, 747, 774, 1197, 1206, 1323, 1377, 1557, 1566 and 1593.  The most interesting was 1197 with 2 stations!
