 Many nations boast high conviction rates. Like swimming pools to home resale 
price, sometimes a virtue, sometimes not. 'Setting sights' on citizens and 
dispensing justice aren't necessarily synonymous. 
 
 Google 'Agent Paul Rico' and 'Zip Connolly' to discover how professionals 
targeted the innocent so that protected murderers could prosper. High conviction 
rates stole decades of innocent men's lives.
 
Kiddie Porn is a global racket, far greater than Bernie Ward, himself just a 
high-profile 'resume builder' for an ambitious prosecutorial team. Cui bono?

Why do you suppose pedophile cases went no further up the pyramid than parish 
priests? The answer may lie forty miles south of Boston, perhaps due to the 
actions of a judge who moonlights as GTMO tribunalist. Seems continued 
ped-suits didn't 'help our culture', as he so expressed. "our culture"? What culture? 
 
Mr. Ward of late was debunking the right-left repub-demo paradigm. To some, 
that constitutes criminal intent.
