[IRCA] TP's for 12/5

Good morning
 
Listened from 1345-1430 UT and conditions were down from yesterday.  Not many carriers and all were on the bottom part of the band.  I did get audio on 594, 693, 747 and 774 but the audio was very weak and just above the noise level.  The audio was only heard from 1410-1416 UT and than it was gone.
