I talked to Patrick last night on the phone and at that time he was in a Motel in Astoria.  It sounds like the wind at his place would be over 100 MPH so he got out and went to Astoria for the night like he did last year.  He said that he would go home after the wind dies down later today.  He said that he would call later today and when I hear from him I will let you know.
