[IRCA] TPs for 2 Dec

Listened from about 1500 through 1530UT this morning.  Not really too 
productive beyond hearing the usual suspects, though some of those 
were coming in reasonably well.  There didn't seem to be much low 
level audio,  mostly just carriers beyond the regulars.    Although 
the propagation monitor indicated that HLAZ peaked around 1540UTC 
here, it seemed to be pretty poor audio here 10 minutes before 
(though the carrier was strong)

Asian unless indicated otherwise:


Darn good audio, if briefly:  774

Reasonable audio  (though often battling w/splash):  594, 828, 1287, 
1575 briefly

Not so reasonable audio, occasional words in splash or noise:  747

Burbles in the splatter: 954, 1134, 1278, 1332, 1556

strong carrier, no audio:  792 DU, 918, 972, 1098 DU
