[IRCA] WCXH Test

I talked to Dave Williams (local HAM & DXer) and we both listened to my
recording. It is rough to copy with all of the talking from KKOH & WBBM,
but we heard   .__ ?? ...., so W??H, so it looks like I did hear the
test alright., but the A&K were like 13 & 2 I think. Not the best cx. I
just hope Allan can ID it. I will keep my fingers crossed. My 2nd Maine
station.
