I logged this on Nov 5 as R.Progreso parallel 640 kHz (IDXD, Nov 19 NRC DX  
News).  However the audio was weak and could've very well been 630  R.Progreso 
splatter disguised by the carrier.  I'm inclined to believe that  this is 
Venezuela as Marc has heard unequivocal RNV IDs, and although I've heard  talk 
about Venezuela often on R.Rebelde, I've never heard RNV IDs on Rebelde  before.  
So for now my original report of this stands corrected by the more  current 
DeLorenzo reports.  (Marc, you've got the best location for  receiving this, so 
next time you hear it, check some of the easy Rebelde  frequencies for 
parallels; 600, 670, 5025 kHz, just to be sure.)  I see the  carrier on the SDR IQ 
spectrum display most nights but it's difficult to get any  useful audio, and 
it seems very distorted when audio is heard here.  The  frequency was measured 
at 631.276 kHz.
