The financial hit wont be TOO bad, as the only thing that will be
"un-useable" will be their IBOC exciter.

They had to upgrade processing, transmitting gear and the transmission
system (towers, etc).. so in the end, not alot is lost.. but much is gained
if they drop IBOC.
