[IRCA] Geomagnetic Storm

Current value of the K index is 6. A major storm is in progress. The A
index, which is a composite index mirroring the K is currently at 4.
Typically it lags the K by 6 hours or more. If the K stays at 6 for any
significant length of time, we can anticipate values of A at 30+ to
follow.

Looks like LA DX'ing for the upcoming long weekend...
