[IRCA] TPs for 11/19

Listened from 1230-1420 UT and like yesterday it was very good for TPs.  The bottom part of the band was very good but the top part was dead.
 
531   JOQG hrd at 1409 UT with JJ talk very poor.
 
594   JOAK hrd at 1347 UT with JJ talk poor.
 
648   Heard a station with English Words "Milk and Sugar"  at 1353 UT who is this?
 
657   North Korea hrd at 1402 UT with a man talking and some music at 1412 UT.
 
666   JOBK hrd at 1335 with JJ talk very poor. 
 
693   JOAB hrd at 1342 UT with JJ talk fair.
 
729   JOCK hrd at 1404 UT with JJ talk very poor and the first time heard.  
 
747   JOIB  hrd at 1338 UT with JJ talk good.
 
774   JOUB hrd at 1337 with JJ talk very good.
 
828   JOBB hrd at 1335 with JJ talk.
