Well, I'm sure it's Albania - I just need enough audio to match it with DX 
Tuners.  I had a good view of it from the DXT receiver in Germany, Albania 
over Virgin, but able to hear both.  I had a few bits of audio, but not 
enough to claim it.  The delay on DXT makes it a challenge.  I wish the web 
audio was ahead of the over the air signal, rather than behind!  I did hear 
Radio Medzdurodney ID at 2232 on DXT.  Seems gone at 2334z after my dinner 
break.  Jim
