[IRCA] Proposed Tests on 1030 & 1210

I'll offer my two cents worth here before it goes off the deep end...

Paul Lotsof has been in radio for years & years.  He was a member of
IRCA back in the late sixties, maybe after that I'm not sure.  I
remember meeting him at an ERBA GTG in 67 or 68 in Sacramento.  Paul has
been in Arizona radio since the seventies (at least).  It is my
calculated guess that he is connected with the two stations he alluded
to in his recent e-mail message to the reflector.  That is KEVT in
Cortaro on 1030 & KQTL-1210 in Sahurita.  By now he probably owns them.

I interpreted his comments to mean he was working on arranging tests
from these stations & would let us know when they are set to run.
Granted there wasn't much explanation but perhaps he figured enough of
the members on the list would remember who & where he is.  Paul
conducted tests from several AZ stations in the mid seventies and they
were some of the best dx tests I've ever heard.

My suggestion is to sit tight and when he's ready to test Paul will let
us know.
