[IRCA] A few TA's in IL

Things were clearly better last night than tonite but here's a quick rundown 
of what was audible. I got to the rx a bit prior to 2300z and 1215 Virgin 
was noted with rock mx but not strong and bothered by the low side Albania 
1214.85ish het that goes off at 2300.

1206 France soon audible with usual FF talk and mx. 1467 had a big carrier 
and I was able to pull in some rlg mx at 2305. I think they went off at 2330 
tonite. 1206 was peaking up to fair at 0310 recheck and // 1557 which was 
almost fair.

Other than that, nothing else audible and clearly worse than last night and 
the dial sounds like there's just a touch of AU activity.
