[IRCA] KGO transmitter off last Monday.

Good Evening

While listening to the Bill Wattenburg program on KGO 810 last Monday morning between 12:00-
1:00 AM PST the signal was cutting out every now and then for a few seconds.  Dr. Bill announced that KGO would be off the air at 1:00 am PST for about 15 minutes.  He mentioned that the engineer was working on the transmitter.  Fell asleep and do not know how long they were off.
