[IRCA] WFAW DX test

At 0233 EST, I did hear a very slow, clear and strong CW signal sending "WFAW" repeated 3 times. They rose up on top of WNRG in Virginia, then QSBed. Nothing else heard.

I was about to give it up and go to bed. Glad I waited.
