Bill, as I understand it, it's a 1200 kw transmitter in Kalinigrad, that part of European Russian which is geographically separate from the rest of Russia. Used to belong to Germany (East Prussia, I think it was called between the first and second world wars). Bordered by Belarus on the south and one of the Baltic countries (which one, I have forgotten) to the north. .........Walt.
