I'm getting the Russian in Seattle as well.  A reasonably good signal at 
times, too.

There were a couple of times when I thought I had Virgin in the 
background.  There are other times when I'm not sure if the music is 
Russia or Virgin

Carriers also visible on 1269 & 1134 but nothing audible.
