[IRCA] TPs for 10 Nov 07

The propagation monitor said the upper band was dead at sunrise, and 
the lower band peaked before 1430UT.  Certainly, my own monitoring 
after 1440UT was mostly unproductive except for the NHK stations on 
774 and 828 fading up very nicely shortly after 1510UT.



Asian unless noted.

Darn good audio, if briefly:  774 and 828 around 1510UT

Reasonable audio  (though often battling w/splash) none

Not so reasonable audio, occasional words in splash or noise:  594, 
612 (DU, later), 747, 873 (2 stations, one NHK, the other was not N. Korea)

Burbles in the splatter: 1134, 972  (big carrier), 936, 792 DU, 702 DU, 567

strong carrier, no audio:  none
