[IRCA] TPs for Nov 10: Yuck!

This morning was somewhat improved from yesterday, but still poor, by 
any standards. Both early and at dawn, the band was fairly well 
populated with fairly strong hets, about half of which were putting 
in the very weakest possible threshold audio. Only 11 stations rose 
to very marginal "language recognition" level.... counting both early 
and dawn together. Of that 11, only five produced audio where I could 
follow sentences, etc. 747, 774, 828, all NHK2 Japan, 963, the 
Chinese Russian language service and 1574, VOA Thailand. 1566 HLAZ 
never made it even close to audio, at least while I was watching.

Gee.....
