[IRCA] Last Night's DX

Not too much last night, although westward DX was okay.  Noticed KOA
on 850 weakly, KKLF on 1700 under Huntsville and KRHW on 1520 under
Buffalo.  When the TAs shut down, the westward DX sometimes wakes up.
