[IRCA] TA audio...1st on 1215

Had some nice audio briefly on 1215 around 01:06 UTC, presumably Virgin Radio.  About a 7, but on recheck, nothing there now.  I'm still hearing lots of carriers, but mostly on the lower half of the band..........Walt.
