LWBC 164 Mongolia especially good this morning, first heard 1250 utc, then
getting a little stronger until around sunrise it was poor/weak level.
Usually it fades out well before sunrise. Sunrise here about 1438 utc. 164
heard at 1500 with chimes, then gone by 1502. Regular Far East
Russians/Radio Rossii heard, but not at especially good level--153, 171,
180, 189, 234, 279. (209 Mongolia also heard briefly, 1251 utc, but a lot of 
NDB interference, where 164 is a clear frequency.)
There was also a weak het on 162, where France is often heard for TA
reception in the evening. But PAL lists a Russian on 162 (never heard
before), so perhaps that's what it was.
The Point Barrow NDB on 281 also heard this morning, 1352 utc.
