[IRCA] Late Report on WIGG DX Test

After reviewing my tapes from Sunday morning 11/4, I can now say that I did  
manage to log the WIGG DX test! Only a little over a minute of DX  programming 
heard at 0424 ELT, consisting of tones and Morse. Thanks go to Paul  Turner 
of WIGG and our hard-working BTC Jim Pogue. Special thanks also to DX  friends 
Joe Wozniak and Tom Jasinski, whose encouragement inspired me  to review my 
tapes one more time, this time with success.
