[IRCA] Weak in and out audio on 1215 kHz

Good Evening:

Weak in and out audio on 1215 kHz tonight at 0338 ut.  This is on the U-shape fence antenna, as the Ewe is a hassle to change from NW to NE in the dark.  I do have the loop in an Eastern position, but is not picking up anything on 1215.
