[IRCA] WCXH-780 test

Caught a couple of WCXH code IDs [.-- -.-. -..- ....] at 0500 EDT/0900 UTC 
under monster WBBM signal.  Sweep tone at 0505.  Went back to bed at 0507, 
not knowing that the test was running an hour late :)  Fortunately no IBOC 
crud from WJR-760 and/or WABC-770.
