[IRCA] WCXH DX Test not heard

WCXH-780 not heard as I tried for the DX Test between 0357-0418 EDT using
my Sony ICF-2010 and Radio West loop.  WBBM too strong.  CFDR did fade up
slightly from time to time with some slassic C&W music, so thought I might
catch WCXH, but it was not to be.
