Re: [IRCA] TP's for Oct 25

Listened on and off from 1350 to 1450UT this morning. Definitely
poorer overall, with a somewhat "Down Under" flavor, as others have
mentioned. The upper band was pretty much a throwaway.

This was a morning to check through channels quickly, as signals
would suddenly pop up (though never really strong), then fade away
again. If there wasn't a quick parallel, you were sunk.

Asian unless noted.

Darn good audio, if briefly: 612 at 1414UT

Reasonable audio (though often battling w/splash) 594 (perhaps the
best JJ, though at one point, EE talk dominated), 774 (EE //612,
though poorer JJ talk at other times)

Not so reasonable audio, occasional words in splash or noise: 279,
558, 639 (DU, not //612, though didn't sound island either), 963

Burbles in the splatter: 576 (seemed DU), 684 DU, 747, 1134

strong carrier, no audio: 801, 855(hum), 1098 DU

best wishes,

Nick
