[IRCA] TPs for 24Oct07

Monitored today between 12:55 and 14:10.  Perhaps a bit more subdued than yesterday.  Mostly bottom half of the band, and primarily a lot of JJ stations, though not terribly strong, especially after 14:00.  A few CC in there but again
not as strong as yesterday, either.  Russia on 279 was nice and strong, though.  One of the strongest was 639 with CNR1 programming (better than //5030).  Most of the lower band NHK1 stations were 7 and 8s early on.  A few weak
N. Koreans only.  Didn't hear any DU.  Had to quit early to head off to work, so perhaps there'll be a good dawn enhancement, since it's still pitch black here.......Walt in Victoria.
