[IRCA] Latest QSL

I just received a friendly e-mail QSL from KNOM Nome AK.  It took 4 days 
for  an e-mail report with audio clips.

V/s Ric Schmidt, GM, said they'd recently done some work on their 
antenna tuning unit, which might've improved their signal.

He also mentioned getting a report from someone in Seaside OR last week 
(I wonder who that was....)
